The WAW-600D is a microcomputer-controlled, 600kN universal testing machine for tensile, compression, and bending tests on rebar, metal components, bars, plates, and related engineering materials. Developed by Laizhou Jincheng Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd, it combines a lower-cylinder six-column main frame, hydraulic clamping, digital measurement, and electro-hydraulic servo closed-loop control for routine quality inspection and laboratory material testing.
For construction material producers, steel and component manufacturers, third-party inspection organizations, and engineering laboratories, the WAW-600D brings loading, measurement, data processing, and reporting into one testing workflow. Matching grips, compression platens, and bending fixtures should be confirmed according to specimen dimensions, required standards, and test procedures.
Hydraulic grips, a 50mm extensometer, and multi-channel acquisition support rebar and metal tensile tests, helping users record strength and deformation data such as selected yield, elongation, and tensile parameters.
Compression platens and bending supports enable relevant compression and bending tests, with force and displacement curves available for observing load-bearing and deformation behavior.
The PC controller and testing software support rate control, curve review, cursor tracking, ASCII export, result processing, and report printing for organized quality-control documentation.
