The WAW-300D is a 300kN universal testing machine for tensile, compression and bending tests of steel, metal products and mechanical components. It combines hydraulic loading, digital closed-loop control, real-time curve display and automated result processing in one inspection platform.
Supplied by Laizhou Jincheng Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd, the system supports incoming material inspection, in-process checks and final quality evaluation where repeatable loading control and traceable test records are required.
For material laboratories and manufacturing quality departments, the WAW-300D helps standardize how mechanical properties are tested, displayed and retained. During metal tensile testing, the software can calculate parameters including Fm, Rel, Reh, Rp, Rt, Agt, Z, A and Rm; personnel can review applicable results before reporting.
Verify batch mechanical properties before steel or metal materials enter production.
Compare property changes after forming, heat treatment or process adjustment.
Retain curves and test records to support product release and internal traceability.
| Parameter | Specification | Application relevance |
|---|---|---|
| Maximum test force | 300kN | For medium-to-high load metal specimen testing |
| Machine class / force accuracy | Class 1 / ±1% | Supports controlled mechanical property evaluation |
| Tensile specimen range | Round Ø6–Ø26mm; flat thickness 0–30mm | Matches common round and flat metal test specimens |
| Test spaces | 650mm tensile; 550mm compression | Allows fixture-based tensile and compression testing |
| Bending / compression fixtures | 0–450mm span; 160 × 160mm platens | Extends testing to bending and compression applications |
The WAW-300D is suitable for steel producers, metal fabricators, mechanical component manufacturers and enterprise laboratories that need a defined workflow for tensile, compression and bending tests. Jincheng can review specimen dimensions, required test methods, fixtures, laboratory conditions and reporting requirements to help confirm a practical equipment configuration.
