Integrated observation, imaging and microstructure measurement

The FCM5000W Metallographic Imaging and Measurement System is an inverted metallurgical microscope platform for observing, recording and evaluating prepared metal specimens. Developed by Laizhou Jincheng Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd., it combines brightfield and polarized-light observation, a 12-megapixel Sony CMOS camera, and licensed FMIA2026 metallographic image analysis software in one workstation.

It is designed for quality inspection laboratories, material engineers, educational institutions and research teams that require more than visual examination: repeatable digital sample documentation, microstructure comparison and software-supported measurement within routine metallographic workflows.
