FCM3000W for metal raw material microstructure analysis

The FCM3000W computerized metallurgical microscope from Laizhou Jincheng Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. is designed for microstructure observation, material identification, digital imaging and inspection record management. It supports steel metallographic analysis, non-ferrous metal structure observation and routine laboratory examination of other metal raw materials.

Standard 5X, 10X, 20X and 50X long working distance objectives support staged examination of common metal structures. An optional 100X objective is available for applications requiring higher magnification.

Digital image and data retention

A 5 MP Sony-chip camera and FMIA2026 software support image capture, measurement, archiving and auxiliary analysis, allowing inspection teams to retain clearer metallographic records.

Stable sample positioning and lighting

The mechanical stage, coaxial fine focus and continuously adjustable 5 W full-spectrum LED illumination help operators position samples, adjust focal planes and adapt viewing conditions.
